As part of the FAIRagro project, the Thünen Institute offers an interesting position as Research Software Engineer.
The Thünen Institute leads the Measure 4.4 Scientific Workflow Infrastructure (SciWIn) in the FAIRagro project which is part of the Task Area Infrastructure Services. The integration of data and processes plays an important role in the reproducibility and publication of research results. However, there is currently a lack of a fully integrated infrastructure that makes this possible. Measure 4.4 aims to improve this integration by creating a workflow infrastructure that enables reproducible analysis based on a FAIR Digital Object concept.
