University of Rostock is our new participant!

We are delighted that the German Research Foundation (Deutsch Forschungsgemeinschaft | DFG) has approved the inclusion of the University of Rostock as a new participant in the FAIRagro consortium. The University of Rostock is not only the 20th participant in FAIRagro, but also the first institution from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to take part – bringing the total number of institutions in FAIRagro to 31.

The use case pilot that the university is contributing to FAIRagro deals with “Diving into arable weed data to link biodiversity and farming”.

We are delighted to enrich our use cases with this further use case from our community. Together we will continue to make great progress in the development of data infrastructures and services that meet the needs of the FAIRagro community – now with the support of the University of Rostock.

A warm welcome!

Are you interested in actively participating in FAIRagro as part of a project or as an institution, or in submitting a use case? Then please contact us at any time! We expect to publish the next call for use cases at the beginning of next year.
