Our FAIRagro Use Case 11 “BrAPI Integration on PSI Hardware” develops and integrates an open, standardized interface (Breeding API) to make the proprietary data management systems in the PhenoSphere system FAIR. As part of the ELIXIR Plant Community’s bi-monthly community call, Marc Heuermann and Manuel Feser (IPK Gatersleben) will present the results of their work on November 17 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: “BrAPI4PSI: Integration of BrAPI into a proprietary software solution for FAIRification of high-throughput phenotyping based on the MIAPPE standard” is the title of the impulse, to which all interested parties are cordially invited.
