On Monday, January 12, 2026, at 3 p.m., our “FAIRagro Talk | Monday Motivation” series will start in its new year. Under the title “Streamlining data preparation for crop modeling research,” Benjamin Leroy (TUM / Co-Lead TA1) will present the results of the work in Use Case 6.
What is ist about?
Sourcing, standardizing, and integrating data for crop model validation is a time-consuming yet essential process that can drain weeks of valuable research time for crop modelers. To address this challenge, members of the Use Case 6 of FAIRagro have developed a suite of tools designed to automate and streamline these workflows.
By leveraging SciWIn, these tools seamlessly integrate with other FAIRagro resources, such as ClimData, significantly reducing manual effort while ensuring data consistency.
