Our colleagues from FAIRagro, DataPLANT, and NFDI4Biodiversity were represented at the ELIXIR Biohackathon Europe 2025 (November 3–7, 2025) in Berlin, where partners collaborated on over 30 projects aimed at improving data quality and standardization.
The project “METRICS – Monitoring of key performance indicators for ELIXIR Services” aimed to provide an overview of how performance indicators are systematically recorded within ELIXIR services. The project “Minimal information standardization of phenomic experimental data in animals” dealt with the standardization of minimal information for animal experimental phenotype data. In addition, solutions for reliable data and metadata validation were developed in “Towards a robust validation service for data and metadata in ARC RO-Crates.”
