The Geoinformation Group within the Institute of Geodesy and Geoinformation (IGG) at the University of Bonn is offering a full-time, fully funded PhD position (f/m/d) for three years in accordance with § 2 (1) WissZeitVG. The position is funded until July 2027 from the FAIRagro project and afterwards from state funds. The position is located in Task Area 3, within the research group “Data Quality Annotation, Curation and Feedback/Review.” Among other things, this group develops innovative algorithmic methods for the automatic assessment and visualization of the quality of geodata,such as multitemporal data on lan d use and land cover.
